Glenda Frances established Applied Vision in 2001 to combine skills, experience and interests in assisting individuals, groups, businesses, communities & organisations, develop & achieve their vision. by applying a Creative Model Explanation to personal, community and corporate life. 

Since 2001, Applied Vision has worked with a range of community, government, business and organisations – in the areas of writing, coaching, training, strategic planning, organisational development, leadership development and project management. In addition to Coaching services which include leadership, management and business, as well as personal and professional development.

Formal qualifications: B.A. Org. Psych, Cert. IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, Cert. Courses with Healing Arts Aust./ Global Kinesiology, Basic plus Advanced Cert. Polarity Therapy.

In 2010, Glenda wrote, illustrated and published an inspirational children’s story: Beyond The Rainbow. The book was endorsed by (the late) local Aboriginal Elder and Steiner Teacher – available as an e-book as well as in print-form from Amazon.com

From 2006-2013, Glenda completed a range of Courses and Certificates in the area of Natural Medicine / Alternative Health.

Since 2014, Glenda has offered Therapeutic Bodywork in addition to Holistic Coaching – utilising her knowledge, experience and a variety of methods to facilitate what the client wants to achieve through an individually focussed and caring approach.
