Northern Wales

28 Jun 2011

We are in North-West Wales, staying at a caravan park in a beautiful rural setting near the sea, so feel quite at home!

The campsite is on a working farm – cattle, sheep, horses and roaming chooks.

Yesterday it was our first summer day in the UK – 29 degrees – so we went for a swim in the Irish Sea. Today, it’s back to cool, cloudy & drizzling rain again, so we’re glad we made the most of it while it lasted! We are using this time to organise the van – insurance, new fridge and other bits & pieces to buy and get sorted before catching the ferry for a long journey across the Atlantic Ocean to Spain.
